Watch DivX Movies Online

i will try to use divx player to watch a movie online but it won’t let me access anything because it say’s on the screen where the movie is supposed to play that there is a missing plug-in. when i try to install it from their website, it still say’s that there is a missing plug-in. plus, when i try to open up the divx file on my computer, an error message pops up saying that one of the components did not install correctly. what do i do? please help!

I can’t seem to use the xvid stuff, nor VLC, to convert movies into any format that my Iriver Clix 2 can use. It may very well be that I just don’t know what I’m doing; the xvid files don’t seem to have documentation worth a mention and VLC has so many settings to fumble with that I could do it wrong any number of ways.

That’s why I’m asking your help here, of course.
