Is Divx safe….Movie/Converter/Player??
Divx movie/converter/player.
I downloaded this for Free awhile back without much thought…. did it so I could watch movies online.
Was going thorough some stuff on my computer and wondering if it could be a virus problem or anything like that.

As far as I know it’s safe. I downloaded it for the same reason. It works nicely. I can even hook my phone up USB and watch them with Divx. BUT now that you mention that…I have had problems with viruses since I downloaded it. Hmmmm. I don’t think the player is a virus, but maybe it downloaded something else in the process that is?
It’s safe, its even used in dvd-players by the big companies, letting you burn AVI files directly to the CD with out worrying to burn it correctly.
