playing divx movies on ps3 web browser?
Hi,
I use my ps3 to watch movies.. I noticed that divx files don’t load from ps3 web browser. Does anyone know how to upgrade or what to install in order to watch movies from divx files?

Update your PS3 to the latest firmware via system software update section on the PS3 or download the system software update file from sony’s website and copy it to a USB flash memory stick in the folder PS3>UPDATE (create the folders).
Once you are fully updated you just have to create a folder in the root of your flash memory called VIDEO. Copy paste all divX files into that folder and your PS3 will recognize them in the video section of the PS3 under your storage device’s name.
