When I watch DivX movies on stage vu, does 700 mb get used if I watch online?

This is because my Internet provider Rogers is limiting me to 2 Gb/month and extra/Gb if I exceed my 2 Gb. So my question is does the same amount 700 mb get used if I watch online or download. So which would be better dowloading or watching the movie online.

streaming and downloading are the same thing, when streaming the file it is saved to the temp internet folder on your PC which is deleted at regular intervals, when you download you save it to a folder of your choice and can delete it whenever you wish.
Either way it will cost you 700mb.

You need to change your internet package if you are wishing to use Divx as average good quality .avi is 600-700mb
